OMIKRON Environmental Consultants SA is pleased to announce the renewal of its partnership with the HAPPY DAYS children's camp, which will also use this year's summer o-fire prevention and protection program at its facilities in Sithonia, Halkidiki.
O-fire is a real-time fire risk assessment application, proposing targeted prevention and protection measures. It allows for personalized monitoring of the risk of starting and spreading fire, while also allowing the user to consider hypothetical fire scenarios. All information collected and processed is visually user-friendly and user-friendly.
The accompanying o-fire services include mapping the area of interest in order to adapt the software to local conditions, the continuous recording of local meteorological data, as well as the ability to simulate the training of fire risk management staff.
With the use of o-fire for a second year, HAPPY DAYS children's camps are seeking, in addition to the high quality services and original activities offered to their small campers, to raise the level of safety. For this reason, camp executives and staff attended a special training seminar on the prevention and protection of wildfires based on scenarios prepared by the application simulator.
